**All Sunday drills will start at 10am and breakfast will be served at 9am.

**All Wednesday drill dates are RED and will start at 7:30pm

NOTE: Instructions on filling out the forms. The forms are Form Filler (FF) electronic online forms and require a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this program, you can simply download it by clicking here. Back to the forms: Click on the individual links for the forms above. The form will appear on your screen from our server. Complete the shaded areas of the forms and then select print. The completed form will print on your printer. When closing the form, you will be requested to save or discard the completed form. If you select save the completed form, it will be stored on your computer for future reference. The form must be signed and submitted to the fire academy via fax or mail for enrollment.
